Oxfam Intermón website
Oxfam Intermón is a Spanish non-governmental organization for development cooperation (NGDO) whose mission is to fight against poverty and injustice in the world.
In 2010, as a Project Manager at the advertising agency HttpComunicació, I was fortunate to coordinate the redesign of the institutional website for Oxfam Intermón and other microsites for some projects of the organization.
From conceptualization to QA and publication, my function was to manage every detail of the project.
The biggest challenge was to coordinate such a large project with a lot of people involved, from client to internal team and second parties.
